Soft-Strip Demolition
Soft stripping is an integral part of demolition, these can be stand-alone projects but are often preparatory works which either form part of a major refurbishment programme or are undertaken prior to full demolition.
Frank Smalley Demolition Ltd have a large, directly employed work force who are fully conversant with all methods of soft stripping. Our soft striping service allows non-structural elements of buildings to be removed by our experienced team.
Strip out works usually involve the removal of fixtures and fittings from structures such as the removal of floors, ceilings, doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms, lighting cables, all plumbing fittings including heating and ventilation units.
